How the financing actually works.
RxPRIME is a consumer loan and business financing platform operated as a sales agent of Core Ascent L.L.C. Core Ascent is a financing facilitator, not a lender or broker — capital is provided by vetted third-party lending partners, and credit decisions are made by those partners and subject to underwriting. Not all applicants will qualify; rates and terms vary based on creditworthiness and lender criteria.
Consumer completion fee. Consumers applying directly for a loan pay a completion fee to finalize their chosen offer with the lender, disclosed upfront and separate from the loan amount. If no offer is accepted, no completion fee is charged. This does not apply to patient financing offered through an enrolled provider, where the practice is paid upfront and the patient repays the lender directly.
